Spanish Voices

This 3-year project linked secondary students in Tower Hamlets to other students and communities in Spain, Guatemala and the Western Sahara refugee camps in Southern Algeria.

Through the use of English and Spanish the project provided the link through which pupils could learn about the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, sustainable development, enhance their language acquisition, develop an understanding of the relationship between North and South and contribute to a new resource for the Spanish modern language curriculum.

We have copies of the game Locococo in Spanish for use in upper KS2 and secondary schools.
